1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made at Farrier's Lodge, operated by Farrier Main Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made well in advance of the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made close to the arrival date may be subject to a partial or full charge. The exact cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking platform used. Please refer to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

4. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following rules apply to all units:

No smoking inside the property or on shared areas.

No parties or events of any kind.

Pets are welcome, subject to prior agreement.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.

5. Liability

Farrier Main Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
